What factors causes Acne?

What Causes Acne?
acne
Did you know that common Acne, also known as acne vulgaris, suffer by up to 85% of adolescents and young adults? This is an extremely high proportion of the population that is affected by this skin disease.
The cause of acne is not fully known, but there are several factors that contribute to the development of this inflammatory disease of the skin. Your genes play a role in this sense, if your parents or grandparents suffered this skin condition, you will tend to get acne.
Above all, there is a link to a change in hormonal activity, such as menstrual cycles and puberty. In the past, the production of tallow was used as the main cause of acne. Sebum is an oily secretion of fats and fat-producing cells of the remains, caused by overactive sebaceous glands in the skin.
However, it seems as if the narrowing of the follicle channel, where the hair is anchored in the skin, is also an important factor common causes acne. There are several other factors that may contribute, such as stress, accumulation of dead skin cells, an allergic reaction to bacteria in the pores, scratches, and the use of anabolic steroids.
What has been confirmed in any way, is the contribution of a fatty diet, including chocolate, potato chips and French fries may have on acne. Generally, patients should be determined by their diet, what foods affect their acne severity to experiment.
What could have an impact on acne is a diet high in refined sugar products. Acne is in societies that have not been influenced by our Western way of life rarely. These people have a low level glycernic in their diet. However, if the reduction of high glycernic foods such as soft drinks, sweets and white bread that has a significant effect has yet to be proven to relieve acne disease. Keeping a low consumption of these types of foods will affect your general health for the better.
Another misconception about acne is the personal hygiene. Acne is not caused by dirt, so a poor personal hygiene is not a factor. To illustrate this, acne causes blockages occur deep within the hair follicle, or channel, and as such can not be washed off. In fact, more than a gentle cleansing of new lesions that cause damage or dry out through the skin.
On a lighter note, if you’ve heard that can celibacy or masturbation cause acne and sexual intercourse can cure it, I have good news for you. There is absolutely no scientific proof that this is true.
